New NHS Campaign: Spot the Signs, Save Lives

This morning on BHR Breakfast with Bill Everatt, we had an insightful interview you won’t want to miss!

The NHS is raising awareness of abdominal and urological symptoms that could be early signs of cancer. If you notice any of these symptoms, don’t wait—contact your GP practice.

Symptoms to watch for:

  • Persistent tummy troubles (could signal bowel, ovarian, or pancreatic cancer).
  • Blood in your pee, even once (could signal bladder or kidney cancer).

Your health matters, and early detection can save lives. Let’s spread the word to help others recognize these signs.

It’s important to go back to your GP practice if your symptoms continue, change, or get worse.
